At this time, pre-registration is now closed.  If you still need to register, you will need to do so in the Bonnet Creek Foyer of the Hilton Bonnet Creek starting at 9:30 am on Wednesday, November 18 or 7:30 am on Thursday or Friday.

Full Conference (Includes networking receptions, lunches, access to speaker presentations, plus invaluable education from experts in the wind energy community and critical networking opportunities. OPTIONAL EVENTS:
  (all of the events below require an additional fee and are NOT included in a full conference or one-day conference registration): 

Pre-Conference Seminars:  Wednesday, November 18

Two optional pre-conference seminars are being held concurrently on Wednesday, November 18th for an additional fee as noted below.  Please note, space is limited in both seminars and may sell out prior to the event.

 

     Fundamentals of Wind Energy (1:30 pm – 5:30 pm):
     - $150 to add to a Fall Symposium registration
     - $250 as a stand-alone seminar

 

     Utilities and Wind Power Seminar (10:30 am - 5:30 pm):
     - $275 to add to a Fall Symposium registration
     - $375 as a stand-alone seminar


Golf Tournament:  Saturday, November 21, 8:00 am shot gun start

Please note, space is limited in the golf tournament and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

     - $125 per person to add to a Fall Symposium registration

 

Guest Pass:  Two different types of guest passes are available for spouses, significant others and personal guests.  Wind industry professionals do not qualify for these passes and they cannot be purchased as stand-alone items. 

     - Full Guest Pass (all food functions):  $300 per person
     - Limited Guest Pass (receptions only):  $150 per person


REGISTRATION INFO:

 

This event is proceeding as planned and the original cancellation policy below is in affect. Please click here for some recommended safety precautions from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding H1N1 (Swine Flu). Should the situation change, we will update this page with new information.

 

Early discounted registration rates end October 6, 2009. After 3:00 pm ET on November 16, 2009 you may no longer register by mail or fax.  After this date, you must register on-site at the hotel and some items may be sold out by this time.  Registration confirmations are emailed automatically upon registering on-line or upon manual entry of registrations sent via mail or fax. 

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to AWEA in writing via email, fax, or mail.  Refunds may not be processed until after the completion of the workshop.  All refund requests received by October 19, 2009 will be processed less a $100 administrative fee.  All refund requested received by November 11, 2009 will be processed less a $150 administrative fee.  There will be no refunds made for cancellations after November 11 or for no-shows and registration fees may not be transferred to a different AWEA event.  However substitutions are permitted for no charge.
